Central Florida: Orlando and the
Kissimmee - Saint Cloud areas are one of the
most popular areas for the world to travel to because of the renown
attractions. East and West Central Florida have the
beaches.
The I-4 Corridor connects the 2 coasts
along with US 192 connecting the East Coast to Central Florida. This
association has repeater members along that corridor as well as near
the Attractions. Most are Echolink or IRLP Nodes allowing "HAM"
travelers to make contact back home. It is the desire of this
Association to "Standardize" any of the commands needed to access
the VoIP portions of these systems.
This Association of Amateur Radio
repeater owners/trustees and Clubs that have dedicated their equipment to the
Amateur Radio Operators of the World, most are un affiliated with
any Emergency Organization. However the trustees and operators will
lend the use of the equipment for such uses upon request. |
